About the Innovest eLearning Platform

What format are the training courses?

Training courses on our eLearning platform are delivered in video format. Some courses have downloadable ebooks or training manuals as well as audio modules. Courses are typically presented with quizzes that you need to complete.

 

Can I opt out of a membership at any time?

Yes, under the month-to-month memberships you can cancel your membership at any point before the next billing date. When it comes to yearly subscriptions, that is not possible due to the high discount that is offered on the yearly packages.

 

Do you only offer online training?

We offer many forms of training in a number of areas of business. In all cases we can offer on-site live training depending on the size of the team. Please go to the LIVE TRAINING menu to learn more about our business training courses.

 

How do I gain access to a course

You may elect to purchase one course at a time as needed, however the best value is obtained when you use a monthly membership package. Have a look at the membership levels page under the COURSES menu to learn more.

How do I cancel or change my membership level?

Once logged in you need to go to the My Account link at the top of the page. This will show you your current membership status. You can click CHANGE to change your membership or CANCEL to cancel it and suspend any future payments that relate to that membership.

How do I change my password?

Your password can be changed from the My Account link at the top right of the page. You can access that link by logging into your account first. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgotten Password link on the login screen.
